March 2010 - Spring came early to New Hampshire and Vermont which made us very sad. But we got out and enjoyed what spring has to offer here and that is sugaring season.

Spring tonic. The sap is running and the
sugar house is busy. We even tasted the sap which they call spring tonic here. Like sweet water. Yummy!
Kate loves sugaring season, spring tonic and all things snow and outdoors! Wonder where she got that from? We love it here!
